Wiley Kaserne/Wiley Barracks. 2/5 Field artillery from May 1986 to January 1988. This is the pages from the COHORT army yearbook.
From the early 1960's to 1983 the 2nd battalion 5th field artillery was located at Babenhausen Kaserne in Babenhausen West Germany. In April 1983 2/5 FA was de-activated at Babenhausen Kaserne. The same year 2/5FA was re-activated at Fort Riley Kansas with the 1st IDF. In May 1986 2/5FA and all the personnel assigned to 2/5 FA including dependents, rotated to Wiley Kaserne West Germany from Fort Riley Kansas.
