1951-1953  the 110th Inf Regt, 28th Inf Div. was stationed at Wiley Kaserne.  In 1951 the Kaserne was called Ludendorff Kaserne but later named Wiley Kaserne in honor of Captain Robert Wiley  who was awarded the Distiguished  Service Cross in 1944 while with the 110th Infantry Regiment.
